Hi. I’m Katie Reeves, CRE Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty. I am one year into my career as a full time CRE brokerage associate, but I have many years of experience in the industry. In 2014 I began my real estate career as a residential agent. In 2016, I joined CBCUR as the Coordinator for the Commercial Real Estate department of Upchurch Realty and then switched back to the brokerage side in May 2023.
In my first year, partnered with Roby Redwine, we listed, leased, sold, and managed over 50 properties. Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining the highly coveted CCIM designation.
Combined we have over 20 years’ experience in the commercial space. Roby and I strive for excellence, honesty, and integrity. Building trust with our clients is of the upmost importance. We have helped many clients achieve their real estate goals and hope to continue bringing positive experiences to our future clientele.
