Katie Reeves is a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty. Katie began her real estate career as a residential agent in 2014. In 2016, she joined CBCUR as the Commercial Real Estate Department Coordinator for Upchurch Realty before returning to the brokerage side with a focus on commercial transactions in May 2023.
Since partnering with Roby Redwine in mid-2023, Katie and Roby have listed, leased, sold, and managed more than 120 properties and transacted more than $25 million in lease and sales valuations. Katie is also in the process of obtaining the highly coveted CCIM designation.
